Pairing of Doorbell

Pairing By Scanning QR code.

Download the APP “ToseePlus”(Make sure downloaded the correct APP).

Rest the doorbell by the RESET button of the backside.

Connect your home WiFi on your Phone firstly.

P.S:The WiFi of wireless network must be 2.4G.

 

Go to the APP to connect the doorbell follow the steps.

 

 

While scanning the QR code, when you hear the "beep" sound or see "blinking light", please go to step 5.

 

When the device is 100% connecting, you can set the name of the device.

 

When you get to the live surface, you can enter into setting through the setting icon on the upper right.

Quick answer for question of "The live picture freezes or out of sync."

It might be caused by poor network due to interference, obstacle blocking or limited bandwidth.

Advise as follows.

  1. The wireless router should provide enough upload bandwidth(at least 200-300KB/S)

  2. If the WiFi signal is good but the live picture still buffers and lags, there might be another device with interference, please locate the interference and avoid it.

  3. If the WiFi signal is weak, please move the camera closer to the wireless router or use a WiFi repeater to enhance the signal.

 

 

Pairing by AP Hotspot.

Download the APP “ToseePlus”(Make sure downloaded the correct APP).

Go to the APP to connect the doorbell follow the steps.

 

Connect the WiFi of the device on your Phone.

 

Go to the APP again to connect the WiFi of your home on the APP.
