1:Which transport methods do you offer?

We have warehouses all over the world, providing DHL Express, USPS, Canada post and other transportation methods.

According to your country, you will be given a relatively close shipping location.

The United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan these countries need 5-10 Business  days to arrive, other countries need 10-20 Business days

Delivery process:The goods will generally be shipped within 1-2days (Business days), you can see the shipping status in your order within 1-2 Business days, and we will also send you an email to remind you that your order has been shipped, and After delivery, a tracking number will be sent to your mailbox。

2:How can I track my order?

When you complete your purchase, we will provide you with an order number (sent to you via email), enter the order number to check: check my order. Or you can go to the order inquiry web site to inquire: https://t.17track.net 

3:How much is the shipping cost?

All countries free shipping on orders over $50. For orders less than $50, a $10 shipping fee will be charged

Note: If you want to buy in bulk, please check the customs policy of your country before buying. We don't include customs clearance and you need to clear it yourself. If the goods are returned because they cannot be cleared, we don't charge the loss.

Most goods in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom etc, don't require customs clearance, and will be delivered using local warehouses.

For other countries, please contact us before buying in bulk.

4:How to return the product?

Refund process:
1: Send an email to our customer service (Support@campark.net), and provide your order number.
2: Explain the reason for your refund
3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by the customer service, and provide the tracking number
4: Wait for the customer service to return the money to your account (the money will be returned to your original account within 3 working days)

Applicability of returns and refunds

Refund

If you pay by credit card, we will charge a 3.5% handling fee of the order amount, and then refund the remaining money. Because the bank will take away your 3.5% handling fee.
If you are paying with paypal, we will give you a full refund.

Return
If the goods have quality problems, you can contact our customer service (Support@campark.net), we will give you the return address, give you a full refund, and pay for the shipping cost of your camera return.
Note: If it is not a quality problem, we will not pay the returned shipping fee, and we need to deduct the shipping shipping cost before returning the remaining money to you. 

Time limit for accepting returns

Refunds can be applied for within 24 hours, and returns can be applied for within 30 days.

About  billing and payment page security 

The website defaults that your billing address and delivery address are the same. If your billing address is different from the delivery address, you can remove the default check.

All payment pages are encrypted, all your personal information will not be leaked out, please don’t worry about personal privacy leakage.

If there is a problem with the product, you can return it within 30 days, we provide a one-year warranty

5:How to cancel an order?

If you want to cancel your order, you can contact: support@campark.net.

But please note: if you pay with paypal, we will refund you the full amount.

If you pay by credit card, the bank will deduct our handling fee, so we will deduct the 3.5% handling fee and refund you the rest.

Note:

  • Due to the impact of Covid 19, logistics will be delayed. It is expected to be delayed about 3-5 days than usual. If your country or region is closed, we will send you an email to notify you. Please fill in your email when ordering!
  • To return your order, we will send you the address of our overseas warehouses based in US, CA, FR, UK, DE, IT, ES, AU, JP once your return request is approved, we will also guide you on how to fulfill a return with easy steps if you are from any other countries.
