1: After you purchase the product, within 12 months, we can provide a free warranty for your product. You can send the faulty product to us , and we will repair and replace it for you free of charge. If more than 12 months, we will charge the relevant warranty fee.
What does the warranty cover?
During the warranty period, if the original manufacturing materials or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, we will replace the same or similar product free of charge. Products and parts replaced under this warranty will become our property and will not be returned to you. If the product and/or parts require service after the expiration of the warranty period, you must pay all labor and parts costs. The warranty will end if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
What's not covered under warranty?
1: Products without sufficient proof of purchase
2: Product lost or stolen
3: Items beyond the warranty period
4: Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase)
5: Third-party maintenance
6: External source damage
7: Damage caused by improper use of the product (including but not limited to: drop, extreme temperature, water ingress, equipment misoperation)
8: Buying from an unauthorized reseller
How to apply for warranty?
If you have product quality problems during the 12-month warranty period, you can send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us your order number and product model, we will contact you, give you the warehouse address, and let you ship back to you repair.
The round-trip shipping of the product is borne by the buyer, and campark does not bear the round-trip shipping of the product.
30-Day No Reasons Money Back Guarantee
You can return the undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the cost for you. But there are the following requirements:
1: Returns must include all accessories
2: The product must contain the original packaging
3: For non-quality related warranty claims, campark only refunds the cost of the product itself, and the return shipping is borne by the buyer
4: If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected
5: If it is a refund request for product quality problems within 30 days, we will provide you with our warehouse address, and when you send the goods back to our warehouse, we will give you a refund or free replacement according to your requirements. Return shipping will be borne by campark.
6: Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for products older than this 30-day window. For items not purchased directly through the Campark online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
When will my refund be received?
When we refund you, you will receive your refund within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method you used, the refund will go back the same way.
