Can I still use it without a plan?
The 4G LTE cellular data plan is required for remote viewing, two-way calling, app alerts, and alarm video backup to cloud storage. If you don't subscribe to a cellular data plan, you won't be able to use these features. If the memory card is normal, you can continue to use it like a traditional dashcam. You can only view and playback content from the memory card using by card reader.
